Growth, diversification, new leadership, safety, service and technology were the milestones of this decade.

Tim Dunlap started out on the roofing crews and worked as an estimator, technical representative, sales representative, sales manager, branch manager and regional manager. While commercial and industrial roofing have always been a part of CentiMark’s business, that changed in 2006. QuestMark, a flooring division of CentiMark Corporation, was established and spearheaded a growth in the flooring business. DiamondQuest, a new technology for concrete grinding and polishing, provided a fast-growing market segment for flooring.
While emergency leak repair and service work has always been a key component of CentiMark’s business, a Service Department was established to coordinate service efforts throughout the company. Service crews were specifically trained for service only and provided an enhanced level of customer initiatives. With the help of CentiMark’s Information Technology team, service customers have the use of an on-line web application to see before/after photos of repairs, invoices, warranties, budgetary information and suggestions for roof improvements and safety enhancements.
CentiMark takes great pride in the fact that our Safety Program is unmatched in the roofing and flooring industries. Our commitment to safety was enhanced as the company grew. We have a written, mandatory safety program for all of our crews. A Safety Department was established to provide training, secure state-of-the-art equipment, provide on-going training and set up pre-job safety for every roofing and flooring products.
