The word “Mark” in CentiMark is specific to our company’s mark on the commercial and industrial re-roofing industry. In the 1970s, CentiMark Founder, Chairman & CEO Edward B. Dunlap instituted the CentiMark Single Source roofing warranty for both workmanship and materials. Tired of the disputes between workmanship (CentiMark) and materials (manufacturers), CentiMark’s Single Source warranty was a customer-service initiative that has stood the test of time.
The Single Source roofing warranty is non-prorated - meaning the dollar value of the warranty is not eroded by the passage of time in the warranty period. In the event of a warranty-related problem on a re-roofing project, there is only one point of contact - CentiMark - to resolve any problems. CentiMark will support the warranty for the life of the warranty.
Another “Mark” is CentiMarks’ ability to tailor the warranty language to meet the specific needs of our customers. We can create transferable warranties or NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties. In some instances, we offer warranties in excess of the standard 20 year warranty as well as warranty extension programs.
CentiMark’s financial strength is an important factor in our ability to offer unique warranties to our customers. We have a stellar credit rating - a 5A1 rating from Dun & Bradstreet. It’s the highest credit rating in the industry and we are the only roofing contractor to have the rating. CentiMark’s warranty reserve of $14 million again distinguishes us from our competitors in our ability to support our roofing warranties.
At CentiMark, our warranty represents added value for our customers and a great customer service initiative.
CentiMark re-roofs flat commercial, industrial and retail facilities. Our roof systems include: TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Spray Polyurethane Foam, Metal, Coatings, Built-Up Roofing (BUR) and Steep Slope.
