This is a special year for CentiMark - as we are celebrating our 50th year in the commercial roofing industry. All 3,500 of our current CentiMark associates are valued and contributed to the past and future growth of our company. Our associates are also invested in the success of our company and the satisfaction of our customers as part-owners through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
Yes, we’re especially proud of our 220 associates who have been with the company for 20+ years and the 30 associates who have been with the company for 30+ years. Ed Dunlap, our Chairman & CEO, has been at the helm for all 50 years at CentiMark. And, his son Tim Dunlap, now President & COO, has been with the company for 40 years - even longer if you count the times he came to work on the weekends with his Dad since he was eight years old!

But it is the dedication and hard work of CentiMark associates that we want to reward and honor as we celebrate NRCA National Roofing Week. CentiMark associates who sleep in motor homes for months at a time to work on hurricane damaged roofs in Texas, Florida, Louisiana or Alabama; associates who work on a roof for hours in the rain, snow or heat to find a solution to a roof problem or roof leak; associates who find the best solutions for re-roofing based on customer needs, budget, climate and business needs; associates who call customers after their roof job is complete just to check on their satisfaction; and, associates who travel and are away from their families for days or weeks at a time in order to best do their jobs and serve our customers.
