This includes leak service, scheduling preventative maintenance, warranty calls, roof or floor inspections as well as requesting a quote. At CentiMark, we perform over 5,000 service calls every month. These calls are tracked for both the timeliness and thoroughness of our response. To provide superior service to our customers, we have specific tools to improve project management and provide detailed online information to our customers.
