CentiMark continues to lead the roofing industry in technological advancements with a new wireless field service application. CentiMark's Information Technology Department has released the application to ten CentiMark service offices for testing. This technology will allow service crews to send roof data, roof photos and GPS coordinates of specific sections of a roof directly to SAP - all while being on the rooftop. The information then can be reviewed by the customer by logging on to MyCentiMark.com, CentiMark's On-line Roof Management Application.
"This program will provide our customers with timely, accurate information. What we are introducing to the field this week is just the first phase of this application. There will be future enhancements providing much more information to follow. If all goes as planned, we will have all of our service foreman using this technology by next spring."
