CentiMark’s Priority Plus Program is an emergency response preparedness program enabling your facility to obtain quick, priority assistance for roofing services in the event of a weather disaster.
Hurricanes, tornadoes, high winds and heavy snow can wreak havoc to entire regions of the country. By signing up for this program you are registered to receive an automatic response from CentiMark. There is no charge or retainer fee for this service.
After a severe weather event passes your area, CentiMark will immediately call the emergency contact names provided to determine if any roofing services are needed. Contact with these individuals will be attempted utilizing the landline numbers, cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses provided.
When contact is made and immediate repairs are necessary, CentiMark will dispatch a service crew to your facility.
If no contact is made after the above attempts, CentiMark will dispatch a technical representative to survey your roof for any damages. If immediate repairs are necessary, the technical representative will dispatch a service crew to your facility to perform the authorized repairs. If needed, CentiMark will prepare a written proposal for repair or replacement of your facility’s roof. The roofing proposal will be submitted to your facility contact for review or to be utilized for insurance purposes.
