Geisinger Health Systems - Danville, PA
CentiMark installed a ballasted EPDM (rubber) single ply roof system over 13 separate roof sections on the Abagail Pavilion portion of the hospital. The hospital is a major trauma center and covers a 14 county area with it’s helicopter. The project was a total of 59,864 square feet and included the helipad, operating room and dietary kitchen.
Greenhills School - Ann Arbor, MI
CentiMark installed a 31,000 square feet EPDM (rubber) ballasted roof system over existing classrooms, library and corridor at the Greenhills School in Ann Arbor, MI.
Henry Ford Health Care Systems - Detroit, MI
The hospital and two wings had a very old, damaged retrofit roof. CentiMark installed a 13,500 square feet fully-adhered EPDM (rubber) single ply roof system over the original hospital and 23,608 square feet over the B & F wings
NASA - New Orleans, LA
At the Michoud Assembly Facility, there was over $500 million in Hurricane Katrina damages. This facility is where space shuttle external fuel tanks are manufactured. Working at 230’ off the ground, the job consisted of tearing off 42,000 square feet of the existing multi-layer roof system down to the concrete deck.
Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel - Baltimore, MD
CentiMark took on the challenging project of re-roofing the magnificent Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. The hotel has 12 floors, 586 rooms, 36 suites, 21 meeting rooms and 31,000 square feet of total meeting space.
Tinker Air Force Base - Oklahoma, OK
Building 230 is a mammoth 400,000 square foot structure comprised of four 90 feet high Quonset style airplane hangers. The energy-efficient roofing solution project was part of an $8 million energy conservation project by Oklahoma Gas & Electric to help lower escalating utility costs at Tinker Air Force Base. The project consisted of a spray polyurethane foam with silicone coating roof system installed over a corrugated asbestos roof panel system.
