If you are a new OMNIA Partners member you have come to the right place. Below we outline the eight week implementation process and the steps we will walk through with you to ensure you get the most out of your membership.

  • CMSA is executed
  • Implementation Meeting to establish timeline, contacts and processes
  • Identify customer contacts and locations along with location information
  • Outline member’s process for capital approval
  • Identify roofing and flooring budgets for both capital and expense categories
  • Determine billing and accounts payable needs and contacts
  • Assign Customer Service Account Manager and outline emergency response process
  • Determine reporting needs and frequency
  • Present partnership values and benefits
  • Develop co-branded announcement and necessary marketing materials
  • Develop schedule for site surveys and needs analysis
  • Set up
  • Asses roofing and flooring capital projects
  • Schedule program capabilities and customers service call
  • Go Live Introduction meetings with operational contacts

  • Schedule 30 / 60 and 90 day post implementation progress reviews
