Edward B. Dunlap, CentiMark Chairman and his wife Anna Dunlap, are well known for their philanthropy in western PA and across the United States and Canada. With the grand opening of The Dunlap Family Outpatient Center at St. Clair Heath, Mt. Lebanon, PA, on May 7, 2021, they left a legacy for The Dunlap Family for future generations and created a state-of-the-art outpatient center for the South Hills community in western PA.
And, the facility is CentiMark’s signature roofing project. CentiMark crews installed a vapor barrier, tapered ISO densdeck, 61,829 sq ft 60 mil adhered EPDM roof on The Dunlap Family Outpatient Center.
The Dunlap Family Outpatient Center is a multi-million dollar, 280,000-square foot building that has been named in honor of Anna and Ed Dunlap and their family for their very generous donation to its construction, as well as their longtime commitment toward the hospital. St. Clair Heath’s Fourth Floor Conference Center, off its main lobby, is also named after the Dunlaps. The hospital’s nationally recognized emergency room also has benefited from the Dunlaps donations.
The new six-story building offers comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient services, including: laboratory; medical imaging; cardio-diagnostics; physical and occupational therapy; an infusion center; outpatient surgery with ten operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and 51 pre-and post-surgical rooms; a spacious endoscopy (GI) suite with six exam rooms; other multidisciplinary clinical programs; conference space; multiple seating options; a café; underground and valet parking; and a commercial pharmacy.
