Staying Outside of Your Building

We are dedicated to keeping you safe by keeping crews outside of your building. When possible, we are using exterior ladders and scaffolding. Additionally, porta-potties and self-contained washing stations are on all jobsites. When crews work on your roof, we are rigorously cleaning tools and equipment and practicing strict safety protocols. We are only letting essential associates work when needed and all our associates are strictly adhering to the recommendations as stated by the CDC.

We are offering payment term options so you can get your roof work completed now before heavy storms or hurricanes hit. Talk with your CentiMark representative to review your options.

Keeping you Safe

We are in full compliance with all CDC regulations as well as federal and state rules and recommendations. We are wearing face masks, gloves and practicing regular hand washing. This also includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects, practicing social distancing and avoiding unnecessary contact with others. Scheduling group and individual phone calls and video conferences to review and discuss business strategy, pending projects and proper protocols is imperative to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Why you should still get your roof inspected during a pandemic.

As your roofing partner, we want to be there for you to help maximize your business operations. Once businesses begin to open back up, you’ll want your facility to be operating at full capacity.

An inspection of your roof helps you to gain a thorough understanding of its condition. Knowing this information is vital for budgeting purposes, how to invest your roofing dollars and help mitigate risk to keep your customers and employees as safe as possible.

Don’t put off critical roof work, especially with storm season here. An inspection will help identify any problems with your roof, allowing you to properly prepare for the months ahead and minimize unnecessary damage or leaks. We will work with you to help prioritize critical service work so you can maximize your budget and keep your building watertight while making the best financial decisions for your business during this unprecedented time.

Plus, an inspection of your roof does not require any outside personnel from entering your facility. We can conduct roof inspections with drone technology by using our 3D Virtual Site Assessment program. This allows us to gather all of the important information we need to provide recommendations - at a distance!

During an uncertain time, be certain about the condition of your roof. Schedule an inspection today and rest easy knowing that we’ve got you covered.

Hurricane season is approaching - you'll want to be ready.

To date, meteorologists are suggesting that there will be 14-18 tropical storms during the 2020 hurricane season. Of those storms, seven to nine are forecast to become hurricanes and two to four are predicted to strengthen into major hurricanes.

According to Dan Kottlowski, AccuWeather’s top hurricane expert, we may see a stronger hurricane season than we’ve seen in recent years. The Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean waters are experiencing higher than average warm water temperatures at this time, which actually drives hurricanes. Atlantic hurricane season begins June 1, 2020 and runs through November 30, 2020.

The 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season was also an above average season with 30 named storms, 24 hurricanes and 16 major hurricanes that caused more than $11 billion in damage.

Get your Building Prepared for Hurricane Season

No roof is 100% immune to the damages of hurricanes. Proper construction and preventative maintenance on the roof system does help with performance; however, even roofs that are properly designed and installed can fail in a weather disaster.

Proactive Hurricane Preparations include:

  • Make sure your drains are clean and free of debris
  • Check for loose metal flashings: metal drip edge, copings and wall flashings
  • Make sure your roof is free of debris: left over air conditioner parts, construction debris, pallets, cables and fasteners
  • Check the field membranes for possible areas of water infiltration, loose or open seams and blisters
  • Check for failing wall flashings
  • Remove unused equipment especially satellite dishes
  • Have a hurricane safety plan for your family and business

Make sure you’re prepared for this year’s hurricane season with an inspection. An inspection will help give you a thorough understanding of the condition of your roof so you can ensure that any needed roof repairs or service have been made before a storm arrives. Go into hurricane season confident in your roof.
