CentiMark’s Art Collias on Family Feud

Family Feud

CentiMark’s Art Collias had quite the unique experience in 2016. He filmed an episode of the TV game show, Family Feud, with his three nieces (his sister’s children) and his brother-in-law John Palumbo (his sister’s husband).

On Family Feud, families compete to name the most popular responses to survey questions in order to win cash and prizes. Together, this extended family had to try out for the show and were then chosen to participate in an episode of the popular TV game show. The show, currently hosted since 2010 by comedian, radio show host and author Steve Harvey, is shown on the CW or WB networks.

FamilyFeud2As National Accounts Manager for CentiMark in King of Prussia, PA, Art has been with CentiMark since 1996. His territory covers from eastern PA to Virginia Beach.

At CentiMark, we’re so proud that Art Collias was featured on the show and that he mentioned working at CentiMark to a national TV audience! Editors Note: Art’s nieces all wore CentiMark “blue” dresses - but that may be a coincidence!

The road to Family Feud was a long one. The first auditions were held in Philadelphia in January 2016. In May, the family found out they were chosen for the show. In August, they went to Atlanta for a day of rehearsals and a second day of taping the show. The show finally airs on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 on the CW Network at 7:30 PM. (Check you local listings for time and station).

“Steve Harvey was a great guy,” says Art. “He was very personable. We talked about our children. He made us all feel right at home.” For Art and his family, this was a unique, fun and once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Did the Palumbo Family win or lose? We cannot tell you until after the show airs! You’ll have to watch to find out and check the blog for an update! @FamilyFeud (Twitter)
