CentiMark takes great pride with our “Mark” on the roofing industry. Our technological innovations from Mobile Phone Apps to MyCentiMark give our customers quick and easy access to their roofing portfolio and repairs.
CentiMark’s newest application is for our Service crews and eliminates the use of paper. CentiMark Service crews now carry an electronic tablet for capturing information, photos and signatures. Crew schedules are displayed, travel and arrival times are captured. The attributes of your building, along with irregular conditions that necessitated our service, are all recorded as part of the work we perform for you. This allows you - our customer - to review the repairs on the roof while we are still at your site.
This new application enables us to communicate with you in a more timely manner and provide better detail regarding our service call. We will capture your email at the time you request service, then provide notification when we plan to be on site, when we have arrived and completed our work. Afterwards, we will send you a summary of the work. This includes all of the photos for your review achieving the clearest and most transparent description of the work we performed.
The photos and work descriptions are used by our internal teams and help us to maintain quality control ensuring you the most effective, longest lasting repairs possible.
