Best Wishes To Three CentiMark Associates on Their Retirement
CentiMark’s Tim Dunlap, President & COO; Tom Zmich (retiring after 30 years); Barb Candusso (retiring after 25 years); George Paxinos (retiring after 36 years); Ed Dunlap, Chairman & CEO
CentiMark proudly boasts 136 associates with 20 or more years experience with the company. On April 30, 2015, that number dropped to 133, as three long-time associates retired from CentiMark. They were part of the growth of a small, under $10 million company to a $500 million+ corporation. They are most certainly a credit to the success and growth of CentiMark’s roofing and flooring business.
We wish the best to our new retirees and thank them for their respective roles in growing CentiMark to the #1 commercial roofing and flooring contractor in North America:
Tom Zmich, QuestMark, Chicago, IL, 30 years: retiring as the company’s longest tenured flooring associate, Tom’s career began with selling plastic mortar and ended mentoring roofing and flooring sales representatives in a variety of flooring products and services ranging from plastic mortar to DiamondQuest floor polishing. He proudly thanks Ed Dunlap, Chairman & CEO, for serving as his mentor. Tom will not be far from CentiMark in the future as seven members of Tom’s family continue to work for CentiMark and QuestMark.
Barb Candusso, Corporate, Canonsburg, PA, 25 years: retiring as a Collections Specialist for over 25 years, Barb worked at our Corporate offices building long-standing relationships with customers and co-workers in CentiMark’s 80 field offices. She loved coming to work everyday. Barb was an outstanding volunteer for CentiMark’s community service programs. She will miss her work friends and coming to work at CentiMark everyday.
George Paxinos, QuestMark, Atlanta, GA, 36 years: retiring as a National Sales Manager for QuestMark, George started his career in roofing as a technical representative for Ed Dunlap, when he was building the company and selling roofing. Then George advanced to sales and, for over 11 years, he was one of the company’s top sales representatives for both roofing and flooring. He was also given the opportunity and challenge to open CentiMark offices in Connecticut and Georgia. He then advanced to a position in flooring National Accounts Sales in Atlanta, GA. George has many long-time customers and friends throughout the United States who relied on his roofing and flooring expertise.
