CentiMark Corporation and the U. S. Army signed a partnership agreement on February 21, 2020 in Newport News, VA for the U. S. Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program. Together, the US Army and CentiMark Corporation will provide soldiers the opportunity to serve their country, while gaining valuable skills and experience that will enhance their future careers.

CentiMark’s Mike Horwath, Mid-Atlantic Manager, spoke about CentiMark’s support of the PaYS program and thanked Mark Cooper, Executive Vice President & Eastern Group Director for his support and Sandra Wax, Recruiter, for helping to secure the partnership. She worked with the U.S. Army’s Antonio D. Johnson, Contractor/Marketing Analyst and Emily Peacock, Public Affairs and Advertising. CentiMark’s Landon Connolly, Vice President of Human Resources, signed the partnership agreement with Lt. Col. Andrew E. Burgess, Battalion Commander, Richmond, VA.

CentiMark is very pleased to enter this PaYS agreement with the U.S. Army. Through the program, veterans will be guaranteed job interviews and possible employment with CentiMark Corporation for administrative, sales, safety, operations or crew positions in the commercial roofing and flooring industry.

CentiMark Founder, Chairman and CEO Ed Dunlap, is a Coast Guard Veteran. When he approved this unique partnership, he stated: “CentiMark has always been proud to hire and support our veterans. We honor our veterans and their service to our country and look forward to working with them as they start a post-military career at CentiMark.”
