Standing the Test of Time

Once again in 2014, CentiMark was the #1 Roofing Contractor in North America with revenue of $484.7M according to Roofing Contractor magazine, August 2014. Since 1991, in various roofing magazine rankings, CentiMark has consistently been the #1 or #2 roofing contractor in North America. We are standing the test of time as a leader in the roofing industry.

Individual Achievement: Coy Wilson - 2014 NRCA Roofing MVP

CentiMark's Coy Wilson is works out of Erie, PA. On February 27, 2014, he received the prestigious NRCA Roofing MVP Award. Coy was one of five roofers to receive this national honor in 2014.

After three years with CentiMark, Coy is a production foreman who works on both the production and service sides of our business. He is a veteran of the US Army and completed a tour of duty in Iraq. He and his wife are the parents of two sons and a daughter.

Industry Honor: JLL Supplier of Distinction Award Recipient

CentiMark was proud to be recognized as one of six suppliers by JLL (Jones Lange LaSalle) in April 2014 for playing a key role in elevating the firms ability to deliver industry-leading service, value and innovation to its corporate clients.

CentiMark was the winner of the Collaboration Category that considers suppliers that increase business opportunities and risk-sharing for mutual benefit. As an example, CentiMark was noted for a project with a global telecom provider. CentiMark increased that particular customer’s speed-to-market through streamlining roofing standards and saved more than $200,000 in roof inspections.

Contractor of the Year - VRCA (Vancouver Regional Contractors Association)

The CentiMark Ltd Vancouver, British Columbia Team won Contractor of the Year from the VRCA - Vancouver Regional Contractors Association for the submission of their Project - City Square Property Holdings. CentiMark Ltd was one of three finalists for the Silver Award of Excellence Winners for Trades over $3 million for Contractor of the Year from a total of 122 entries.


Commitment to the Profession

To support CentiMark’s commitment to the national roofing community, James Patterson, C.P.M. represents CentiMark and serves on several NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) Boards and Committees Jim has worked at CentiMark for 27 years and is currently the Senior Vice President for Procurement.

Jim is on the Board of Directors for the NRCA for 2014-2105. In addition to his Board responsibilities, Jim serves on the Manual Update Committee to update the NRCA metal panel roof system manual. Last year, the Manual Update Committee updated the roof membrane system manual. He also sits on the Affiliates Relations Committee and the NRCA Retirement Program Committee.

Jim also serves on the NRCA Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress Board of Trustees. The Alliance conducts research and sponsors educational projects that support high-quality programs for roofing contractors; ensure timely and forward-thinking industry responses to major economic and technological issues; and enhance the long-term viability and attractiveness of the industry to roofing workers.

CentiMark Family Award

We’re so proud of Marena Malone, daughter of Rica Malone, Customer Service, Corporate, Canonsburg, PA. Marena was the Group 1 winner for the NRCA (National Roofing Contractor’s Association) Children's Art Contest in July 2014.
When asked how she decided what to draw, Marena replied: “I wanted to show all the things my roof protects me from and how important it is to have a roof."
